TERMS OF SALE:
All Items will be shipped when
account clears with payment. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery.
If you are ordering less then $50.00 in merchandise, we will hold the order
until we have accumulated a total order of $50.00. Elcoma has a $50.00
minimum charge. All special order items require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
RETURNED ITEMS:
Prior approval MUST be received prior to returning purchased item. A
detailed list of material to be returned must be submitted, as well as
supporting data as to the date purchased and invoice number.
All returned material must be accompanied by the packing list shipped with
the item.
All returned material is subject to our office count and inspection.
All returned material is to be shipped freight pre-paid.
Credit will be allowed on only on items that can be re-sold.
Stock products will be accepted up to 30 days with a re-stocking charge of
30%.
Special order sales are final.
CUSTOM CONFIGURATION:
Requests for custom items must be accompanied by dimensional drawings and/or
specifications provided by the customer. Absolutely no cancellations can be
made after fabrication has begun. Elcoma may decline to manufacture non-code
designs considered to be unsafe. CUSTOMS REQUIRE 4 - 6 WEEK DELIVERY.
HANDLING CHARGE:
There is a $4.00 handling charge for shipping grab bars with 90 degree
angles, corner rails, wall to floors (with and without outriggers) and
custom items.
SET UP CHARGES:
There is a $50.00 set up charge for all non standard (special) painted grab
bars. Standard colors are white and almond.
WARRANTY:
Elcoma will warrant all products against any defects in workmanship for a
period of (1) one year.
